We've recently added a touch of one of our favorite exotic spices, cardamom! Cardamom is warm and sweet, pairs well with savory and sweet flavors, and is among the more desirable and expensive spices. We find that it elevates the aftertaste of our coconut almonds. The delicate tanginess balances well with earthy cinnamon and lightly sweet toasted coconut.
