We have been going to Kauai close to 15 years. We love to shop local, if visiting the island or online when we are back home. With all the weather devastation to the Hawaiian islands we decided to put in an order to KGN (especially when I read they had to downsize staff because local sales were down, and asked for donations), ordered over $100 worth of nuts and donated an additional $20. Shipment was supposed to be in a week, nothing after week, so emailed and was told due to deliveries of package boxes, we wouldn’t receive for another week. (There would have been no communication if I had not reached out myself). I expected once we received our order there would be a free bag of nuts, gift card or at least a THANK YOU note for the $20 donation for the furloughing some employees, but NOTTA. Sorry KGN, though always love and supported you, very disappointed!
